With over a decade of experience as a physio and surfer, I understand the physical demands of surfing and how it affects the body. As certified surf foundation specialist, I can help you throughout your journey from pain to performance or get you in shape for your next surf trip.

Having to deal with a bulged disk in my lower back and neck during my early twenties, I developed expertise in low back pain rehab soon in my career. I use a method based on my own rehab experience as well as the latest scientific evidence.

I have helped hundreds of patients overcome back pain with my educational program online.

Fun fact: My first language is French but I am fluent in English and Spanish. I started as a landlocked surfer waiting for my next surf trip, but the ocean was calling!
My surfing journey brought me to the warm water of Mexico and the freezing water of the Canadian east coast.

Surfers most frequently experience low back pain (29.3%), shoulder pain (23.9), and neck pain (17.5%), whilst the most common mechanism of injury is paddling (37.1%)
